This week I properly explored the basic tools in Solidworks. The overall process is quite similar to how Autodesk 123D Design works but a little more complex and quite a lot less easy to pick up. It's interesting transitioning my skills between programs and I'm hoping the differences I see become less apparent.

The 2nd image is the first shape I designed in Solidworks and I was quite satisfied with the ease of the tutorial.
